Getting around by bus

24 bus routes converge on the Place de Verdun and serve La Rochelle and the 17 communes of the CDA.
8 coach lines allow regular access to the Place de Verdun from any of the communes.

Getting around by bike

93.5 kilometres of track and cycle lanes provided because in La Rochelle, we enjoy riding our bikes everywhere!

Self-service bikes:
More than 10 bikes spread over 11 stations are at your disposal: university library, EIGSI/Sup de Co, Science Faculty, SNCF Station, university gymnasium, IUT, P+R Jean Moulin, P+R l’Hermitage, place de Verdun, Bel Air employment zone, square Valin. Available 24/7.

Getting around by electric car

This service, available 24/7, provides 50 self service electric vehicles. The price depends on time and distance.
7 parks are available: place de Verdun, Arsenal, Médiathèque, Station, Port des Minimes, EIGSI and Aytré (place des Charmilles).
Note that parking for electric vehicles is free in all parking meter zones in the very centre and you can find a Liselec station in place des Charmilles, in Aytré.
